My body heals
when I receiving
the love it needs
from me.

By opening my heart
being here fully present
fully here
fully open.

My body heals
when I’m receiving
the love it requires
from our Mother Earth.

Through her love for us
for her love with us
within us
flowing through us.

Through her love
through the nourishment
this love provides.

As she shares with us
through the food she provides.

She grows the food for us
with love
with caring
with design for us.

Through the life energy
in her love
the vitality
the energy
that flows through her love.

Both for
and within us
she flows.

Through her caring
and presence
within us.

Through her air
through her water
through her soil
through her minerals.

That flow through her
from her
to us
through us.

Nourishing us
feeding us
looking after us.

By providing
all we need.

She provides
what we need
to live
to thrive
and to heal.

And we only need to heal
when we have got out of sync
with her.

When we have
stepped out of
her love.

We heal
by coming back
by being back
in her love.

In her flow
in her energy
in her vitality.

Which she flows to us
through our natural connection
through our conscious connection
with her
within her.

Because we have always been
within her.

We are within
her atmosphere
we are within
her air.

We hear her
we feel her
we breathe her
we drink her
we eat her.

She is us
and we are her.

When we live
in balance
with her
within her.

We heal
we become whole again
by being in her presence.

By being in balance
with her.

Within her rhythm
within her soul
within her energy
within her vibration
and vibrancy
we heal
we are whole.

When we are in her
aware of her
present within her.

We are in
our whole place.

We hear
our song
that resonates
with her.

As we are in sync
with her
within her.

We live
within her life
her vibrancy
and her resonance.

We are her
and she is us.

We hear her
we understand her
through our hearts
we hear her song.

When our love
resonates with her love
we are one and the same.

Within her
with her
as her.
