Redwoods.

And what they taught us.

Jim Petruzzi, Kira and myself in our journey in the Redwoods 17-10-23

This post is sharing what we learned in our time and our journey in the Redwoods.

And what they taught us.

We both feel this journey is to continue.

They are so connected with Mother Earth that they feel they are her expression.

Being an expression of the mother they speak for her
as her.

They know the mother as intimately
as they know themselves.

They see themselves as a cornerstone species for all tree.

They can be the mother tree for any trees that lack one

To be the mother tree for other trees that don't have one
they need a human connection to take their conscious presence to those trees.

The Redwoods of the most conscious trees
I have ever come across.

They showed us how life works
in community
and it is only in community that life works.

They showed us this community through their microbiome and how this and other plants all work together in community.

They are very aware of humans and our behaviour
and what motivates us.

We are transparent to them.

Redwoods have no ambiguity.

They have a greater understanding of life
than any part of nature I have come across before
and they are the guides for this life
so long as we listen to them
this is because they speak for the mother and from her.

Their voice and mother Earth's voice are one.

They teach us to breathe not just with our breath
but with our skin, and from there
with every cell of our body and being.

They showed us
how their food is the absorbed cells
of our Earth mother.

They showed us
how their food comes from her cells
how their water comes from her water
which they see as part of her
how their breath is from her air.

They see how everything they are
comes from and with the Earth Mother
their mother and her presence
and they feel her in everything.

They clearly showed us how there is no separation between us and the mother.

They showed us along with the mother
how we have never been separate from her
that there is no need for connection
for there is never been separation.

They showed us that any sense of separation
was a perception, not a reality
and we should live in reality
which is found in direct experience of the mother.

They showed us how they are cornerstone species because of the energy they transmit to all other species, of all forms.

They showed us that they need more of their species/family
to be planted for life to come back
and thrive.

Which the earth and the redwoods are calling for at the moment
and for us to come back in balance with this life.

They showed us that it is by listening to life
in life's fullest expression
that we hear ourselves.

It is through heart consciousness that we hear the trees
and nature herself through the Earth Mother.

They showed us that for life to continue the way we need it at the moment
they need to be present
and for this to be aided to happen
we need to expand the Redwood forest for life to flourish
and this needs to be a priority.

There is no home without trees and nature.

Their breath is our breath it is part of one cycle, one hoop as is the water we drink and the earth we eat through our food.

We are connected to the redwoods
as much as we are connected to the Earth Mother
and we need to listen to both
equally.

It is by living with the earth and her ultimate expression
that we live with ourselves.

For we are her
and she is us.

We love you they said very clearly
they treasure us and our life as much as they do their own
for they see us as one and the same
all expressions of the same life.

They taught us to breathe as one
in our hearts to beat as one
with them
for what we call connection to happen.

Love Christopher.
